An alleged social media threat made against a Middle Tennessee high school was determined to be a hoax.
Sumner County School officials said White House High School was placed on alert status after administrators learned of a reported threat made against the school on social media.
After an investigation, the incident was determined to be a hoax.
All students were safe and the school resumed its normal schedule.
