English Premier League powers Manchester City F.C. and Tottenham Hotspur F.C. will play in Nashville during the International Champions Cup in July, as announced by the event on Tuesday.

The game will kick off at 5pm CT July 29th at Nissan Stadium. Tickets go on sale to the public beginning Tuesday, April 4th. Information can be found at www.internationalchampionscup.com.

This is the fourth appearance in the ICC for Manchester City, which participated in the Australian and Chinese legs of the event the past two years. This is the first American appearance in the event for Tottenham Hotspur.

The 2014 champions of the Premier League, Manchester City F.C., are led by Argentinian superstar Sergio Aguero and Belgian national Kevin De Bruyne. Tottenham Hotspur F.C. features English stars Harry Kane and Dele Alli.

“The International Cup of Champions has been on our radar for a few years and we are thrilled to be hosting a game in this year’s edition of the tournament,” said Titans President & CEO Steve Underwood. “This is yet another step forward for our region as a soccer market."

“Nashville’s march towards being a premier soccer destination in the Southeast continues with this exciting matchup between two British powerhouses,” said Nashville Mayor Megan Barry. “We are excited to welcome these teams and all of their fans to Nissan Stadium, where I’m sure we’ll show further evidence that Nashville is ready to welcome the USL next year and should be a destination city for the next MLS franchise.”

The 2017 International Champions Cup presented by Heineken will run from July 19–30 and feature 12 matches played across 11 cities throughout the United States. Eight teams from around the globe, including England (Manchester United F.C., Manchester City F.C., Tottenham Hotspur F.C.), Italy (Juventus F.C., AS Roma), France (Paris Saint-Germain F.C.) and Spain (FC Barcelona, Real Madrid C.F.) will compete in this year’s tournament. Each team will play three contests and the club with the most points at the end of the tournament will be crowned champion.
