Kelley Cannon Violates Parole For Second Time

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Kelley Cannon, the Nashville woman accused of killing her own husband attorney James Cannon, has found herself in trouble again.

For the second time in 2009, Cannon was caught violating terms of her probation. This time police said Cannon cut off her ankle bracelet and disappeared for two hours. She then tried to tape it back on.

In February, Cannon was charged with harassing a former partner of her husband's.

Wednesday night, Cannon remained in jail without bond.
