RECIPE # 4288 MEDITERRANEAN HERBED SALMON Wednesday March 25, 2009

Mediterranean Salmon with a side of Hummus


3 tbsp granulated garlic
4 tbsp Montreal Chicken Seasoning
2 tbsp ground dill
1 tbsp ground parsley
Juice of two lemons
Spray of Pam
3 lb. slab of salmon


  • 1. Rinse slab of salmon under cold water
  • 2. Place salmon on a big baking pan (like a cookie sheet)
  • 3. Sprinkle salmon with granulated garlic generously
  • 4. Sprinkle salmon with the Montreal chicken season generously
  • 5. Lightly sprinkle the salmon with the dill and the parsley
  • 6. Spray the salmon with Pam, as this seals in the flavor of the spices
  • 7. Place the salmon in the oven for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • 8. After you take the salmon out of the oven, squeeze the juice of two or three lemons over the entire salmon generously.
  • 9. Let the salmon sit for one hour and then serve chilled with a side of Hummus and Cous Cous
