1 cup pomegranate juice or pomegranate with blueberry
1 1/4 cup low fat vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup or one small container organic vanilla low fat yogurt
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit (blueberries /strawberries / pineapple)
1/2 fresh orange
1 fresh banana
1 cup steel cut oatmeal
2 scoops vanilla whey protein
1 handful sliced almonds
1/4 cup or two scoops ground flax seed
Blend for about 3-5 minutes (while a mom gets her child dressed for school, or puts on her makeup.) You can add more ice to make colder - and a squirt of soy or regular whip creme to make it fun!
