Oriental Chicken Pops
6-8 chicken legs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh garlic
1 tsp corn starch pepper
parsley to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Cut bottom knuckle off of chicken leg. Separate meat from bone and pull down to second joint. Combine remaining ingredients and separate in half. Pour 1/2 over chicken and marinate for 1 hour turning often.. Place in oven to cook for 30-40 minutes until done. Put remaining mixture in sauce pan and heat on low until thickened then pour over cooked legs. Serve with Rice. Enjoy!
