ANN COX EASTES / KROGER
1 lb crab-flavored seafood (imitation crab meat), flaked
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped green onion
2 T dill pickle relish
3/4 c mayonnaise
2-4 T lemon juice
1 T lemon pepper
Flake crab pieces with fingers or fork. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir to mix completely. Serve chilled on lettuce with thin wedges of tomato and crackers or wrap crab salad in lettuce leaves. Yield: 4 servings
