JOEY + RORY - COUNTRY MUSIC DUO

1 lb hamburger
1 lb pork sausage
1 onion finely chopped
1 bell pepper finely chopped
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
3 eggs
1-2 T worchestershire sauce
1-2 T A-1 steak sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Black pepper (desired amount)
1 16 oz can tomato soup concentrate

Mix meats in large bowl with hands.  Add in all ingredients and finish mixing with hands (most practical way).    Transfer over into a 9 x 13 pan and shape in an oval loaf.  Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1 hour, checking not to burn top (or crisp the top and make it crunchy, Rory style).  There will be grease from the pork and beef that you can drain with a turkey drencher if you choose.  Let set for 5 minutes and serve.  Enjoy!  Serves a healthy size family (about 6-7 servings).
