4 c finely chopped cabbage
1 medium green bell pepper
1 c chopped celery
4oz jar chopped pimientos
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 t celery seed
1/2 t whole mustard seed
Combine cabbage, bell pepper, celery and pimientos in a large bowl. Combine sugar, vinegar and seasonings in a separate small bowl and pour over the cabbage mixture. Blend well. Chill before serving. Makes about 5 cups.
