CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. - A former Clarksville youth minister is accused of having sexual contact with three young girls in his youth group.
Jonathan Tyler Giles is charged with statutory rape by an authority figure, sexual battery by an authority figure and soliciting a minor.
Police said Giles, who had been a youth pastor at Spring Creek Baptist Church, had sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl, asked a 17-year-old girl to have sex and touched a third girl inappropriately.
Giles is in jail on $750,000 bond.
