CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A judge in Clarksville has sent two teenage boys to Circuit Court to face murder charges in the death of one of those boys' father.

The ruling on Wednesday means evidence against 15-year-old John

Patrick George and 17-year-old Alexander Hart will be presented to a Montgomery County grand jury. If indicted, the boys would be tried, along with 18-year-old Rebecca Hart, as adults in the killing of the Hart siblings' father, 50-year-old Gilbert Hart.

The victim was fatally shot in his home on June 2.

It was reported the charge against the teenagers is first-degree murder.

The courtroom was cleared for the hearing and assistant prosecutor Art Bieber said he couldn't discuss details of the proceeding because it was closed.
