Beef Stroganoff
2lbs ground beef
1 large clove garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 1/2 cups cream of mushroom soup (homemade or you can use canned)
16oz sour cream
Cook the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic stirring often to get beef fine. Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer until thoroughly warm. Stir in sour cream to taste. Serve over egg noodles, rice or even biscuits. ENJOY!
