12 oz. ground beef*
1/2 cup red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup green bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup white onion (diced)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp Coleman's dry mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/4 cup water
Place olive oil in skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Saute until onions are light brown. Fold ground beef into mixture and add black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder and dry mustard. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add worchestershire sauce, ketchup and water. Let mixture simmer 2-3 minutes and serve.
* Use turkey instead of beef for an even leaner alternative.
