Makes 1 Quart

1/4 cup of Kosher Salt

1/4 Cup of Brown Sugar

1/2 Quart of Water

1/2 Quart of Fruit Juice

Marinade in Sealed Bag in the refrigerator for 24 hours or Inject directly in the meat

MOP SAUCE RECIPE

Makes 1 Quart

1/3 Water

1/3 Apple Juice

1/3 Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 Cup of Dry Seasoning

1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil

Mop directly on the meat while cooking to add moisture without burning.
