Ingredients:

1- 1 ounce package of Hidden Valley Ranch Original Recipe Dry Seasoning Mix

1 pkg. smoked salmon

1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese

1 slicing cucumbers

3 cherry tomatoes

Baby carrots

Baby spinach leaves

Instructions:

Peel and slice cucumbers ½ inch thick. Pat cucumber slices dry. One cucumber should make about eight slices.

Mix Hidden Valley Ranch Original Recipe Dry Seasoning Mix with cream cheese. Put a dollop of cream cheese mixture on top of each cucumber slice. 

Place a pinch of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese mixture. 

Cut each cherry tomato into quarters.

Place one quarter of cherry tomato on each cucumber slice.

Cut baby carrots into small carrot sticks and place on top of cucumber slice.

Place a baby spinach leaf at the back of the cream cheese mixture on each cucumber slice. 

Eat immediately or refrigerate for future use. Enjoy!
