1/2 c Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey

1/4 c brown sugar

1/4 c soy sauce

2 T Worcestershire sauce

Juice of one lemon

1/4 t garlic powder

2 1/2 lbs steak of your choice

Combine all marinade ingredients in a large sealable plastic bag, add steaks and seal.  Refrigerate at least 1 hour.  Remove the steaks from the marinade and grill over hot coals about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.

Makes 1 cup of marinade
