“Smoked Corn Remoulade”
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayo
2Tbsp chopped celery
2Tbsp diced red onions
1Tbsp capers (drained)
1tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2tsp lime juice
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp celery seed
Dash cayenne pepper
1tsp Worcestershire
1Tbsp cilantro (chopped)
1tbsp parsley (chopped)
1tsp liquid smoke
1 cup frozen corn (thawed)
Mix all ingredients together.
Great condiment to have on hand for holidays... and with seafoods like
Smoked salmon and cornbread blini...
Cornmeal encrusted mahi mahi...
Grilled cilantro and lime marinated shrimp... ENJOY!
