Police Issue Arrest Warrant For Weekend Shooting

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Police could soon make an arrest in a deadly weekend shooting.

An arrest warrant was issued for 22-year-old David Orlando Avinger.

Police said Avinger shot Vincent Perkins near Howard and Oxford Streets in East Nashville Saturday night.
