2 (6 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
1/4 cup raisins (optional)
1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or chives
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons -1/2 cup mango chutney or sliced mangoes
Tortilla wraps
DIRECTIONS:
Combine tuna, raisins, and pecans. Blend in mayonnaise, vinegar, parsley, curry, and mango chutney. Mix well. Spread mixture over wraps and roll up lightly. Cut into half for individuals or cut into 1-2 inch slices for appetizers.
