For the Biscuits:
2 c self-rising flour
1 c milk
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 c chopped country ham
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 12 regular or 24 mini muffin cups. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to make soft dough. Drop by spoonfuls into the greased muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes for regular size muffins, or 8 to 10 minutes for mini muffins.
Make 12 regular size or 24 mini muffins.
Jack Daniel's Molasses Butter
1 c butter, softened
1/4 c molasses
2 T Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
Salt, to taste
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add a sprinkling of salt, to taste. Wrap securely and keep refrigerated.
