Skillet Grilled Reuben
1 teaspoon oil
2 slices rye bread
2 slices swiss cheese
6 oz. corned beef
1/3 cup sauerkraut
Thousand Island Dressing
Heat large skillet to medium low.. add oil. Put both slices of rye bread in skillet then put 1 slice of swiss cheese on rye bread. Place corned beef in skillet next to bread. Put drained sauerkraut in microwave for 30 seconds... beside bread to warm in skillet. Place sauerkraut on 1 slice of rye bread. Place corned beef on sauerkraut. Put other slice of rye bread on top of corned beef. Take out of pan and cut in half. Serve with Thousand Island on side. Enjoy!
