1-1/2 cups of water
3/4 cups of rose wine
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 cup of sugar
2 quarts of strawberries
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup sour cream
1. Combine sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon stick, wine and water in a
sauce pan and bring to a boil. Boil for about twenty minutes.
2. Add strawberry puree to simple syrup and cook for approximately ten
minutes more stirring frequently.Remove cinnamon sticks. Remove from heat and
