Yield: 3 dozen cookies
1/4 cup honey
1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
2-1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
2 cups ground nuts
1/2 cup wine
Powdered sugar or crushed nuts
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the honey and chips in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is melted. Remove from the heat and stir in the crumbs, nuts, and wine. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar or crushed nuts. Store in an airtight container.
