Metro Officer Accused Of Rape Pleads Not Guilty

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A decommissioned Metro police officers has pleaded not guilty to several charges.

Jeffrey Poole was arrested in August on charges of rape, official misconduct, sexual battery, and patronizing prostitution.
Metro Officer Indicted On Rape And Misconduct Charges

The investigation started more than year ago after a prostitute accused Poole of patting her down to the point of fondling, and made verbal suggestions.

Three other women from the Dickerson Pike area came forward. The victims say all the alleged crimes happened while Poole was in uniform.
