New Trial Ordered in Taco Bell Murders

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- A new development emerged over the weekend in a murder case that involved execution-style killings at a local Taco Bell.

A judge has ordered a new trial for one of the men convicted of the murders in Clarksville, back in 1994. David Housler was convicted of four counts of murder for the killings at the Taco Bell on Riverside Drive.

The judge overturned his conviction because the court felt Housler's attorney failed to properly defend the case.

Meanwhile, the triggerman in this shootings is serving four life-sentences without parole.
