Police: Man Missing Since Friday May Have Met Foul Play

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. - Police are looking for a missing man in Bedford County and they're afraid he may have met with foul play.

Shelbyville Police said Bobby Smelcer has been missing since Friday.

Police said they've found evidence at his home on East Lane Street in Shelbyville, which makes them think he didn't leave there willingly. They found his cell phone, wallet and keys, along with some drops of blood.

Smelcer is a convicted felon who has only been out of prison for about 4 months now.

Anyone with information is asked to call Shelbyville police.
