'Body' Found In Bellevue Turns Out To Be Beaver

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Body parts that were reportedly found in Bellevue have been determined to be a very large beaver, according to police.

Police along with the Office of Emergency Management were called out to the Harpeth River Thursday afternoon after someone reported a body in the area.

After an investigation, it turned out to be the dead carcass of a beaver.
