Posted:

CHEATHAM COUNTY, Tenn. - Cheatham County authorities said a GPS unit was at the center of a deadly double stabbing.

Investigators say John Borck stabbed Jeffrey Crutchfield and Joshua Vaughn early Thursday morning.

Detectives said it started when Borck took a GPS unit belonging to Vaughn, without permission.

Vaughn and Crutchfield went to Borck's home to get it back. A fight broke out, and investigators said Borck stabbed both men with a small knife.

Crutchfield was killed, Vaughn was seriously injured.

Charges against Borck are pending.
