Couple Tied Up During Hermitage Home Invasion

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A couple was tied up as a pair of men ransacked their home in Hermitage. It happened in the 7000 block of Bonnavent Drive around 3 a.m. Monday. 

Officials said two men wearing masks broke into the home and tied the homeowners up. There was one child inside at the time. The child was not disturbed. 

The thieves took off with several items. Police arrested the pair after they showed up at the hospital after shooting themselves.
