NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A man who bragged about hacking into Miley Cyrus' e-mail account and distributing revealing pictures of her on the Internet has been arrested in Nashville.
According to federal court documents, 21-year-old Josh Holly was arrested last Thursday for possession of unauthorized credit card account numbers.
That charge came after FBI agents seized and searched his computer equipment.
According to an affidavit filed by FBI agent Victor Rodriguez, Holly acknowledged hacking into Cyrus' MySpace account. He also bragged online and to the media about obtaining photos of Cyrus from her Gmail account. So far, he does not face charges relating to that intrusion.
Holly was released on his own recognizance on Monday and has a preliminary hearing set for Jan. 12. No phone number was listed for him or his court-appointed custodian.
Cyrus' publicist had no comment on the arrest.
