INGREDIENTS:
1 100% Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins® roll
2 pieces bacon, cooked and halved
1/2 avocado
1 tsp honey
1 tomato slice
1 oz gorgonzola, crumbled or sliced
DIRECTONS:
1) Toast rolls
2) Smash avocado with honey to make a chunky mixture, salt and pepper to taste
3) Spread avocado mixture on inside of each slice of Sandwich Thins® roll
4) Layer on bottom roll: 4 halves of bacon strips, gorgonzola, tomato slice, and top with other Sandwich Thins® roll
