Bring water to a boil. Add salt, pepper and tumeric to the water. Add quinoa and boil for 15 minutes. Drain Quinoa in a fine mesh colander and add the carrots to the mixture while it is still hot. Pour onto a tray and spread thin to cool. After cooled add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serves 12. Enjoy!
