3. Prior to our arrival, bring paper out of flooded areas
4. Drain the paper as best as possible. Water logged paper will be accepted
5. ALL paper that has mildew and/or mold must be discarded and CANNOT b, e recycled
6. Place paper to be recycled at the curb, the alley, or at a location that large truck can access , for collection
