LA VERGNE, Tenn. - A year-long investigation into the death of a toddler has ended in the grand jury indictment of her babysitter.
Jennifer Pomeroy was charged with aggravated child endangerment and neglect, reckless homicide, and reckless endangerment.
She was supposed to be taking care of 15-month-old Annalee Adkins, when the child was found dead in her car in La Vergne.
