SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is analyzing several items found in the burned-out car of a missing Shelbyville teacher.
Shelley Mook, a reading teacher at Harris Middle School in Shelbyville, was last seen Feb. 28 when she dropped off her 6-year-old daughter at the home of her former husband in Bedford County.
According to The Tullahoma News, the teacher was believed to have been headed for Murfreesboro when she disappeared. Her burned-out car was found southeast of Murfreesboro.
A $10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to her return.
