Sources Reveal New Information In Missing Teacher Case

SHELBYVILLE, Tenn. - It's been a week and a half since a Shelbyville teacher was last seen alive. 24-year-old Shelley Mook taught school at Harris Middle School in Shelbyville.

Police said her ex-husband, Tyler Mook, told them Shelley dropped off their daughter around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, February 28th.

NewsChannel Five has learned that a witness saw Mook at her ex-husband's home that day.

Sources also told us that the ex-husband's family is not cooperating with the investigation.

Her car was found burned beyond recognition in Rutherford County just hours after she was last seen.

The TBI is examining evidence from the car.

A $10,000 reward has been offered for information leading to her return.
