Tin Pan South Kick Off Party Held At Regions Bank

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Thousands of fans are gearing up for Tin Pan South. The annual event that honors songwriters kicks off on Tuesday.

On Monday night, performers and organizers got a head start celebrating at the Tin Pan South kick off party at Regions Bank.

350 songwriters are set to perform their hits this week during the five day festival.

Nine venues are booked across Nashville, including The Bluebird Cafe and the Hard Rock Cafe.

Fans who come back year after year, know they will hear from all music genres.

"It's not all country music, one of the things that we also know about Nashville is writers write together, every style of music," said Tin Pan South Co-Director Erika Wollam Nichols.
