NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Police have arrested two women and two men in the fatal carjacking of 23-year-old Jose Moya in North Nashville on Monday night.

Seventeen-year-old Ryan Demonte Buford and fugitive Ewing Green surrendered themselves at the North Precinct overnight. Police said the pair bailed out of a car during a police pursuit earlier in that evening.

Buford is charged with criminal homicide for being the alleged triggerman in the murder.

A criminal homicide arrest warrant had been issued for 18-year-old Green on Wednesday.

Thirty-seven year-old Tara Adcock and 35-year-old Lashonda Williamson were arrested on Wednesday night and charged with criminal homicide.

Police said the trio shot Moya outside a home on Lovell Street around 8 p.m. then stole his car. Moya told police he was shot during a carjacking. He died during surgery.
