Predators Vs. Ducks Playoff Game 4 At Bridgestone Arena

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Hockey fans are getting ready for Wednesday night's Stanley Cup playoff game at Bridgestone Arena.

The Nashville Predators hope to make a little team history and put themselves in the driver's seat to win a Stanley Cup playoff series for the first time. Wednesday night is game four of a seven game playoff series against the Anaheim Ducks.

There's a pregame party on the plaza at Bridgestone Arena.

Pregame prep started early for some fans at the Preds pro shop.

The Preds seem to be attracting fans from everywhere, even Toronto. Mary and Dave McEwen are on a vacation touring the southeast, but they're going to the Preds game on Wednesday night and they'll be rooting for Nashville.

"We will be identified as Predators. Anyway, how can anybody cheer for a team called the Ducks?" asked Mary.

They will become part of the Predators seventh man. The Bridgestone Arena has a reputation for noise and lots of it.

"Whenever you play in our building, the crowd is always a factor. They're loud and they're crazy," said defenseman Ryan Suter.

"I think this is probably one of the loudest buildings you can play in right now, and I look forward to coming out there Wednesday and playing again," said forward Patric Hornqvist.

Predators merchandise has been flying off the shelves since the beginning of the series with Anaheim.

If the Predators win, they can close out the series Friday night in Anaheim. If not, there will be another home game on Sunday.
