NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - In Nashville, it's dubbed the Predator Way: Work hard, scrap, defend at all costs and score just enough timely goals to win.
Nashville certainly isn't changing its ways in the Western Conference semifinals.
Coach Barry Trotz said his Predators are OK with grinding and never doing anything easy. He said Monday he knows that may sound sick, but he likes how his team reacts whenever times get tough.
The Predators evened up their series with Vancouver at 1-1 by pushing the Canucks into double overtime before winning 2-1 Saturday night. Only three goals have been scored in the first two games, and the Canucks are bracing for more of the same when they hit the ice Tuesday night for Game 3.
