Immunization Clinic For Students Held Thursday


NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Metro Health Department has teamed up with Metro Schools for a free immunization clinic on Thursday.

The clinic is for incoming 7th graders, kindergartners and Pre-K students.

It will be held in the Lentz Health Center auditorium on 23rd Avenue North from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.

They will also be able to get the immunization certificate required for entry into school this fall.

The Health Department offers free immunizations for Davidson County children under age 18 throughout the year. Immunizations are offered Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at each of the Health Department's three health centers: Lentz Health Center; Woodbine Health Center, 224 Oriel Avenue; and East Health Center, 1015 East Trinity Lane. No appointment is necessary.
