Tennessee not having an income tax helped the overall ranking; along with our low cost of living which is ten percent below the national average.
Omaha, Nebraska was the best value city in America; followed by Charlotte, North Carolina; and then Nashville.
Colorado Springs, Colorado was fourth on the list, and Knoxville rounded out the top five.
Tennessee was the only state to have two cities in the top ten.
