Gun Shop Clerk Tipped Police to AWOL Soldier

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- There's new information about the arrest of an AWOL soldier accused of plotting to attack Fort Hood. It turns out a gun shop clerk in Texas is the one who tipped police off about Pfc. Naser Abdo.

The soldier was based at Fort Campbell and was arrested earlier this week after weapons and bomb-making materials were discovered in his motel room.

The tipster said while buying gunpowder and other items, Abdo was acting very suspiciously.
