Vanderbilt Holds Annual Fan Day

Posted: Updated:

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Vanderbilt Commodores hosted their annual fan day Sunday afternoon. It's a chance for fans to meet and get autographs from their favorite players, Coach Franklin, and his staff.

Franklin has challenged Commodore fans to be "All in" and at least on Sunday, the fans responded.

"It's good to see. I think it's kind of a changing of the guard to see this many fans out to support. It's really good to see," said wide receiver John Cole.

"It's nice to go out here and see the fans. It's really just fun and exciting to see them out here supporting us. It's really a blessing," said quarterback Larry Smith.

Vanderbilt opens its season on September 3.
