NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Pastor Joe Nelms of the Family Baptist Church in Lebanon has now become an internet sensation. A remix version of his pre-race prayer, by the same people who created The Bed Intruder Song, by Antoine Dotson, has now netted more than 2 million hits on YouTube.

His unconventional prayer, at the Nashville Super Speedway back in July, gained Pastor Joe Nelms national attention in July.

Pastor Nelms gave thanks for the race cars, the race teams, the tires and his "smoking hot wife, Lisa." He also thanked the Lord for his two children, Eli and Emma, "Or as we like to call them, `The Little E's'," he said.

Nelms also used the saying ex-driver Darrell Waltrip used at the start of televised races, "Boogity Boogity Boogity," drawing cheers from the crowd.

"I tried to spice it up a little," says Nelms.
