2 c uncooked Ziti Pasta
6 oz Ham, cut into 1/4" to 1/2" sized cubes
5-6 oz Prosciutto, cut into strips
1/4 c Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 c Chardonnay Wine
1/4 c Shredded Parmesan cheese (or Parmigiano Reggiano)
10 Cherry tomatoes
8-10 spears Asparagus
1 t Butter
1/T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and put in a serving plate. Boil or steam Asparagus to your taste and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, combine butter and olive oil. Add ham and prosciutto and cook for about two minutes. Add cream and wine, stirring until heated through.
Pour mixture over pasta. Place asparagus spears and cherry tomatoes on top, add cheese and serve. Serves 2.
