Franklin Medical Company Expanding Headquarters

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A medical company is expanding its corporate headquarters in Franklin to create more than 260 jobs over three years.

State officials announced Monday that MedSolutions will invest $16 million for the expansion. The company, with 800 current employees, specializes in cost management of medical services for commercial, Medicare and Medicaid payors. It has management contracts for approximately 30 million individuals nationwide.

The company has a call center in Melbourne, Florida.
