NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The annual College Night sponsored by Metro Nashville Public Schools is underway Tuesday night at LP Field.
Students can go booth to booth shopping for a college or university. More than one hundred institutes of higher learning from all around the country are on hand to make their pitch.
Families can learn about everything from admission requirements, tuition, financial aid, scholarships and university life.
Academic counselors said it's crucial incoming students make their college choices as early as possible.
This allows them to begin the lengthy application process, and, if need be, get an early jump on financial aid applications.
The event runs until 8 p.m.
