MACKENZIE COLT / COLT'S BOLTS

Only 4 ingredients are needed to prepare this simple creamy ice cream!

 2 cups whipping cream

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup caramel topping

1 cup salted roasted pecans

DIRECTIONS:

1. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

2. Stir together sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping in a large mixing bowl.

Fold in whipped cream and pecans. Place in airtight container and freeze for 6-8 hours.
