MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - Complainants in the case against the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro filed another plea with Rutherford County Courts.

The plaintiffs claim that the Rutherford County Planning Commission did not give adequate public notice about the May 24th meeting, where the site plan for the mosque was approved.

The Islamic Center of Murfreesboro said that if the plaintiffs were successful in this case it will only delay the project further, not stop it.

The case is scheduled to be in court November 2nd in Chancellor Corlew's court.
